Orgagenic committed to do best for your satisfaction. If you receive damage or wrong product we will replace or we will send you a new one.

- If any problem found (damaged/defective/wrong product) after opening the box contact with our customer relationship department (+880 1310 339 668) as soon as possible with a picture/video proof.
- Customer relationship department will contact with assigned department and your product will be replace or adjust the payment. Complaint will be granted within 3 days from the receiving date.
- Used / swatched , liquid/semi-liquid products will not be counted for refund or exchange policy.
- Refund policy will not be valid if you unpack or if that product does not suit you.
- If you order wrong product we will send you the right one after paying the payment of returning and resending cost.
- For refunding issues you have to send original invoice and packaging with the product. After that you will be refunded.
